武蔵小山にできた新しい寿司割烹に行ってきました
武蔵小山駅から鮫洲大山道路を目黒通り方面へ徒歩7・8分
黒をメインにしたお洒落な外観です
午後6時
1階はカウンター席
私たちは予約した2階の座敷に案内されました
新しいお店ですので
どこもピカピカ
床暖房が効いた掘りごたつ形式の座席です
喫煙可のお店なので個室を予約しましたが
詰めれば10人位は入れる部屋ですので
2人では申し訳ないですね
まず、生ビールで乾杯
この日は
料理10品＋鮨3貫で5000円のコース
小さなつまみが次々
ウド・ホタルイカ・ニシンの白子等々
春の素材満載です
プリプリの海老が入った茶わん蒸し
山菜の天ぷらときて
鰈の煮付
そしてお寿司
5貫出てきました
赤酢の効いた小ぶりの握り
最後に赤出汁
追加で
イカ・中トロ・鉄火巻も戴きました
お酒が進む
肴の数々
きりっとした〆のお寿司
良いお店ですね
赤出汁が甘口だったのが少し気になる点かな
帰りに1階に降りると
カウンターは一杯でした
納得です
