今宵は1番メジャーなムサコ（武蔵小山）にやって来た。
武蔵小山といったら魅惑的な酒場が多く大好きな街だけど…
特に凄いと思うのが「武蔵小山商店街パルム」
昭和31（1956）年にオープンした日本初の大型アーケード街。
全長約800mは東京で最も長いアーケード商店街だ。
いつも賑わっているパルム。
緊急事態宣言下でも人が溢れ、度々ニュースで「密になっています」と取り上げられていた。
全国の商店街から視察団が訪れるほど活気ある商店街。
幹事さんから指定された店はパルム商店街の中にあった。
■KollaBo 武蔵小山店
韓国国内で20～50年も営業している老舗（15軒）とコラボ。
本場韓国の味が楽しめる店だ。
店内はほぼ満席、予約しといて良かった。
カンパ～イ♪
プハァ～、やっぱり生ビールは旨いねぇ。
オーダーは幹事さんにお任せ、次々と韓国料理が運ばれてきた。
◆キムチ盛り￥780
じっくり漬けられたキムチは濃厚な味わい。
真っ赤なわりに甘さもあって香り高いキムチ。
◆豚足 (中) ￥1800
そのまま食べても良し、野菜で包み味噌を付けて食べてもよし。
◆海鮮チヂミ￥1280
厚く焼かれた海鮮チヂミ、外側はパリッと中はフワッとした食感で食べ応えあり。
◆プルコギ￥1280
甘辛く味付けされた牛肉と野菜、濃厚でビールが進む味わい。
◆カンジャンケジャン(ライス＆海苔付) ￥2800
新鮮なワタリガニの風味が堪らない、タレがうまさを引き立てている。

届いた瞬間、見事な霜降りに歓声が上がった。
キメ細やかなサシが入ったA4～A5の最上級黒毛和牛。
稀少部位ならでは極上の口溶け、肉と脂の濃厚なコラボが素晴らしい。

コシの強さがクセになる～♪
生ビールの次は日本酒にシフト。
数種類あるリストの中、大好きな一ノ蔵があったので迷わず注文。
ケジャンを食べながら2杯目（二ノ蔵）お代わり。
スッキリとした辛口の酒なので焼肉にも合う。
クイクイッと3杯（三ノ蔵）まで飲んでしまった。
日本に居ながらして韓国の老舗料理を味わえるコラボ。
韓国旅行に行けない今、本場の味を楽しみたい人にはバッチリな店だと思う。
