Along Tachiaigawa Street in Nishikoyama, a building suddenly appears surrounded by a bamboo grove and green trees. When I follow Tabelog, I immediately think that there are probably delicious restaurants in these places. When I looked into it, I found out that it was a building called ``Kizakura Building,'' with ``Cafe Joan'' on the 1st floor and ``I LAUGH'' on the 2nd floor. By the way, next door is a Japanese restaurant called Kappa-tei, which has a gate with a noren curtain. It seems like there's a good atmosphere. So I went up the stairs and found a stylish cafe/bar type shop. The high chair counter seats surrounding the open kitchen have glasses hanging from the top, giving the restaurant a somewhat stylish feel. The placement of tables and sofas is also quite good. The lunch menu ranges in price from 1,300 yen for salad lunch to 1,600 yen for grilled beef skirt steak. Salad and soup are included, but drinks are 300 yen (extra charge). [b: Today's pasta lunch soft shrimp tomato cream 1400 yen] The salad is a simple salad of lettuce, mizuna, and carrots. The carrots are a little tough. The soup is consommé and has just the right amount of salt. The pasta came 8 minutes later than the salad. Spaghetti with tomato cream that was just as beautiful as I imagined. There are two boiled shrimp on top. When I tried it right away, the tomato cream had a mellow milky taste, and the sourness of the tomatoes was very refreshing. It's delicious, the tomato cream is exactly as I imagined. The sprinkling of Parmigiano Reggiano and black pepper gives it a nice aroma. Shrimp is a soft shrimp, so the shell is so soft that you can just peel it off from the head. Yeah, but it's just boiled. I didn't add heat to it along with the tomato sauce. Come to think of it, the tomato cream is delicious, but it doesn't smell like shrimp. It's not made into shrimp cream. I was expecting the flavor of shrimp miso, but I think the fresh taste of tomato cream would be better without mixing it with shrimp. The noodles were hard boiled and matched well with the tomato cream. However, the boiled shrimp seemed to be floating around, which made me feel like it was a bit of a waste. It was quite a delicious pasta. I would be happy if it was 1400 yen with coffee, but drinks are separate. The madams in the neighborhood seem to order coffee after dinner and enjoy a leisurely chat. It's a great place to relax as it has a very nice atmosphere.
