人通りのない立地ながら地元の人で賑わう人気店
ランチタイムは前菜とドリンクがつく
価格帯も住宅地らしいリーズナブルな設定
大きなピザ窯が目を引くがパスタもおいしいと感じた
前菜は三種
サラダにかかった人参ドレッシングは自家製で販売もしている
ドレッシング自体がサラダのような感覚で頂ける
マルゲリータはトマトソースの主張が強め
焦げの苦みが少し気になる
生地はもっちりとしており、企業系飲食店にはない存在感がある
チーズの量がもう少しあればよいと感じた
焦がし醤油の明太クリームパスタは海苔の香りが印象的
クリームの濃厚さはそこそこ
明太子もそこそこだが、企業系飲食店のような化学的エッセンスは強くない
茹で具合は完璧なアルデンテ
ピザよりもパスタの方が印象に残った
ドリンクはそこまで力を入れていない
いかついマシンが生かせていないように感じた
