2023/05 訪問
武蔵小山駅周辺にある、本格的なネパール料理屋さん。
両親と3人でディナー利用。
こぢんまりとした店内、満席でした。
スタッフさんがかなり少人数だったようで、提供にかなり時間を要した印象。
しかし、その分しっかり丁寧に接客してくださいました。店員さんは現地の方(と思われます)ですが、本場の食べ方や料理の説明もあり、好印象^ ^
アラカルトで色々オーダーし、シェア。
かなりしっかりスパイスが疲れており、その辺のインネパ料理店とは全くレベルの違う味が…！
羊肉や山羊肉の料理もあり、なかなか食べられない美味しさを味わえました。
バスマティライスも壺で炊かれて本格的。
全て美味でした♪
