武蔵小山から西小山の方へ向かうパルム2を進んで行って、アーケードが切れてからさらに数十メートル進んだところにある「イタリアンバル・デルモ」です。パルムを南下していったところの「ヒカリノアトリエ」とは姉妹店です。あちらはフレンチでこちらはイタリアンという棲み分けになっています。
店内はいかにもバルという感じで、オープンキッチンのカウンターとテーブル席があり、コンクリート打ちっぱなしの壁がおしゃれ。

サラダ、前菜、パスタ、ドリンクが付くDELMO SETにしました。パスタは5種類から選びます。本日のパスタ、ホタルイカと春キャベツのペペロンチーノも美味しそうだったけど、サルシッチャとブロッコリーのアラビアータをチョイス。
ドレッシングが美味しいグリーンサラダに続いて、前菜が出てきます。野菜の旨味たっぷりのカポナータ、豚の旨味溢れるパテドカンパーニュがいいですね。牡蠣のオリーブオイル漬けが一番好きでした。ワインが進んじゃう前菜盛り。
パスタはうず高くお洒落に盛られています。甘みの強いトマトのソースに唐辛子の辛さがピリッとくる、美味しいアラビアータ。サルシッチャが凄く美味しくて、ゴリゴリとした肉感が楽しい。麺はかなり硬めの茹で加減で、アルデンテ系の仕上がり。これは好みです。美味しいアラビアータだ。これなら200円プラスして大盛にしてもいいな。
食後の香り高いコーヒーでごちそうさま。
ショートカットですらっとした美人シェフに聞いてみると、「私は乾麺派です。伸びにくい固めの麺を使用しています」とのこと。その通り、美味しいパスタでした。ごちそうさま。
