武蔵小山と西小山のちょうど中間にあり、住宅街の中でひときわ目立つイタリアンバル！Delmoさんで晩御飯
カウンター席も数席あり1人でも入りやすい雰囲気だったので一人飲みしちゃいました
ワインにとても合いそうなメニューばかりだったので赤ワインをボトルで注文！
忙しそうな中イケメンシェフが好みにあったワインをおすすめしてくれました
↓頼んだフードメニュー
・生ハム
・白レバーペースト
・イカゲソのアラビアータ
・半熟卵とベーコンのカルボナーラ風
まず驚いたのがお通しで頂いたパン
ふわふわな食感がたまらなくワインにピッタリ
生ハムも白レバーペーストも赤ワインにマッチし、ついついワインが進んでしまう
イカゲソアラビアータはここに来たらマスト！カリッとあげたイカゲソとトマトソースが絶妙に絡み合い、メチャウマでした！常連さんもイチオシ？みたい！
最後はカルボナーラでしめ！パスタの茹で加減と味が絶妙で、ペロッと一人前食べられちゃいました
メニューには記載ないですが、前菜をちょっとずつ盛り合わせにしたり、しめのパスタ少なめなど、合わせて提案してくれるので最後まで大満足でした！
店内はカウンター席と奥にテーブル席がいくつかあり、
夜の早い時間帯はファミリー層やデートなど老若男女に愛されているお店ですが、11時過ぎ頃からは地元の常連さんでカウンター席が賑わい、最後まで楽しく飲ませていただきました！
