年末に蕎麦を予約したが
体調がその日になって崩れて
訪問＆レビュー断念
ならば年始はカレーやな(安易な発想w)
目蒲線というローカル路線から都心直結になった
東急目黒線ムサコの駅から
徒歩で約5分やろか？
あくまでも私の長い足での計測やけどw
だ、誰や！笑っとるのは！
ここ笑うところちゃう！！
昼の部に訪問。
フレンチのシェフである服部さんが
カレーを中心に料理を提供している。
食べログのアプリでも予約できる。
予定の少し前に余裕で着くはずが
わかりにくい道を通りギリ到着(汗)
カウンターのみの店内
客で半分埋まっている。
荷物は客が来るまで横に。

そしてヒューガルデンホワイトで流し込む。
ビールも三段階あって
一番量が多いのが「ビール」w
専用のサーバーから丁寧に泡を掬って。
そしてパキスタンチキンカレー！

私のイメージはココw
本当にシンプルに
ただただ丁寧に鶏肉を調理するのみ。
水さえ入れないというあのカレー。
さて、意外と辛いw
後から言うより直ぐに来るww
ビールもヒューガルデンだからええけど
他のやったら余計辛さがこたえそうw
なので、水を飲んでからビール
そしてカレーのルーティンを繰り返す。
見た目よりもボリュームがあり、
そしてスパイスの影響もあり
腹パンだけでなく暖かくなった。
添えられた野菜も大ぶりw
ひとりやったのでワシワシ食べたけど
デートとかやとカッコ悪いw
店主ひとりで奮闘しているし
ナイフとフォークを頼むと洗い物が増えて
仕事を増やしてしまうし
前もって切れ目を入れてもらう手間も難しい。
うーむ、悩ましい(汗)
年末だからか、他の客もアルコール頼んどる。
ふとカウンター奥を見ると「紅の豚」とな？
神様アンリ・ジャイエ氏も認めたルー・デュモンの
仲田氏が、「スタジオジブリ」のプロデューサーであり

スペシャルボトル。
ブルゴーニュの赤ワインや内科医！
それ頼めばネタになったや内科医！
やはり、飛べない豚は、ただの豚やw
食べたカレーもチキンww

長原まで羊羹を買いにイコカ
