肉料理一品とカレー、前菜が２皿の組立て
まずミル貝の冷製ポタージュ
続いてサーモンなどの2皿め
サーロインステーキは焼き方のチョイスはなく
マスタードソースでいただきます
最後の締めにビーフカレー
コースだとミニサイズとなります
スパイス、ビーフのコク、大好きな感じの欧風カレー
大きめのお肉がたくさん入ってて
ここから旨みが出て来てるんだなー
カレーは抜群でしたが
他のお料理は塩っけが少し気になりまして
次回はカレーに専念かな
