When I am doing Tabelog activities with lunch as the main battlefield, I sometimes come across a ridiculous high-cost spa restaurant. This is largely due to the attitude of restaurants toward lunch, but sometimes there are restaurants that ignore the profitability of lunch and discount lunch as a way to attract customers at night. In other words, I think it is safe to say that the balance of lunch (deficit) is regarded as an expense (advertising expense). And many of the shops that adopt this kind of management strategy are foreign-owned stores, such as those found in mainland mass Chinese. In that kind of management, there are side jobs, and there are places where you don't think about the profitability of just lunch, and there is an affinity with the aforementioned treatment of advertising expenses. However, it is also true that it is difficult to find such a store even if you want to find it. In addition, even from the position of lunch as described above, in most cases, lunch business is not positioned as permanent, so as a result, there are many cases where it happens to be encountered. Tabelog reviews are powerful in discovering such valuable restaurants, and I think that reading the reviews of people who use lunch as their main battlefield is a shortcut to discovering hole-in-the-wall restaurants. Our store in the local Musashi Koyama, which was a candidate for this day's visit for telework, also fell under such a store. The reason why I BM was because I read a review by a reviewer who focuses on local & lunch, and I had a feeling that it would fit perfectly with the aforementioned "lunch is not profitable". At first glance, the name of our restaurant makes you think of "Charcoal Grilled skewer Kemuri" (a total of 11 restaurant restaurants, 6 directly managed stores and 5 FCs) by the owner with a background in Global Dining, but it seems to be an individual restaurant that has nothing to do with that. And this is just a gut feeling, but from such a rip-off element and business type, it is a store where you can feel the smell of continental capital. The location of our shop is in the building where "[A: 13163573, Komeda Coffee Shop Musashi Koyama Store]" facing Palm 3 in Musashi Koyama (Royal Plaza Building. The entrance is not on the Palm side, but along the road that crosses the Palm - Prince's Street. It will be. Our shop is also on the second floor, and the entrance is lined up with Komeda Coffee. In this place, "Anan" of Geyasu Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), which is developed by Fujitatsu Co., Ltd., used to be open ([A:13027903, Nanawa Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Anyasu Musashi Koyama store]). That store was closed, and our store opened last year = September 2022. Therefore, it is still a new store that will be a full year soon. At lunchtime, it was open from 11:30, and I had caught from the advance review that there was a lunch menu with a sense of value, so I visited the store for that. There is a lunch menu at the store, and there are 5 types of menus that seem to be standard menus and a black wagyu beef kouneyaki lunch labeled "Today's limited lunch", but for today's limited lunch, the same menu photos can be seen in past reviews, so it seems that it has become a standard menu in reality. Although it looks a little suspicious, the fact that it is next to a major Komeda leads to a sense of security, and there are many shops that feel a little suspicious of the high-cost spa lunch that I am looking for, so I enter the store with high expectations. Inside the restaurant, there are mainly table seats for 4 people, but each seat is covered with dividing boards, so you can't see the whole picture clearly. Tabelog restaurant According to the information, there are 44 seats, but I think there is no doubt that it is such a size. There seemed to be one customer who came to the store around 11:45, but it seemed to be vacant, and I was told to go to my favorite seat. On the tabletop, there is the same lunch menu as the menu at the store, but I ordered twice as much meat @ 1,280 yen for the Japanese black beef koune grilled lunch. When ordering, I was asked if it was salt or sauce and the amount of rice (small, medium, large), so I chose salt and small. As a garnish for the meat, it seems to be served with green onion salt and raw eggs in the sauce. Immediately after ordering, a charcoal grill for grilling meat was brought in, and after about 4 minutes of waiting, the order was served. First of all, you will be surprised by the amount of meat. As expected, there are only twice as much meat. Koune-yaki is a Hiroshima specialty, and koune is the shoulder belly of beef, which is the lower part of the neck. Outside of Hiroshima Prefecture, it is called "brisket", "front rose", "shoulder rose", etc., and it is said that it is a rare part that can only take about 2 kg from one head. The koune is rolled and served on a plate, but there are about 20 rolls. The meat is lean with a sting in the center, fat on both sides, and sprinkled with salt and pepper evenly. The meat is thinly sliced with the impression that it is quite fatty overall, so if you grill it in a shichirin, it will be cooked in no time. It is served in the form of a roll of green onion salt, but this is quite delicious with a strike in the middle of the leek salt Yakiniku (Grilled meat). It's greasy, so it may be a little insistent for people who don't like fat, but as a fat lover, I can't stand it. Since the amount is large, I wanted to eat half salt and half of the sauce, so it would be nice to have such an option even if there is a little extra fee. Either way, there's no doubt that it's quite satisfying. It is suitable for those who want to eat gutsy meat, and above all, I think that this @ 1,280 yen is an incredible cost performance. The wakame soup was quite salty and simmering, but that's just a supporting role, so I'll forgive you. There are no vegetables at all, so for those who are thinking about nutritional balance, there is a mini choregi salad @ 150 yen, so I think it is a good idea to order it. Our shop was a high-cost spa lunch shop as expected. I don't know how long lunch will be open at the moment, but based on the popularity of the day (1 customer, 2 customers), it is not surprising that it will shift to opening only at night sooner or later, so if you are interested in lunch, we recommend that you use it early.
