昼食に伺いました。
白い壁に赤い暖簾で外観は派手です。これは普通のお蕎麦屋さんではないな。
入ってみると近代的な飲み屋さんの印象。ワインを飲んでる初老のお客さんがいました。
刺身膳 1,350円を頂きました。これ盛りつけが綺麗で、蕎麦も付いてます。
刺身はマグロ、ブリ、タイ。上品で小さめですが、味は良かったです。
そして蕎麦。白っぽい蕎麦で喉ごしはいいです。つゆは甘め。都会的って感じでしょうか？強烈な個性がある田舎蕎麦好きにとっては少々物足りない内容でした。蕎麦湯はほぼ透明です。
ご飯、味噌汁、南瓜サラダ、漬物が付いてました。
スタイリッシュなお蕎麦屋さんです。近所のお客さんが多いように思いました。
