202103 minutes Gyukaku is located in the shopping district of Ookayama, the station next to my parents' house. I walked to Ookayama, but the restaurant I was looking for was temporarily closed. I had actually wanted to go to a local Chinese restaurant in the evening because of this restaurant, but I had to wait about an hour for that to open. I took a coffee break at Doutor and went outside, and Gyukaku was right next to it. I haven't stopped by Gyukaku for a while. I somehow got the impression that it was an all-you-can-eat chain, so I thought I could go to another restaurant or even a cheap all-you-can-eat restaurant. I haven't been there for a few years, but there were no restaurants open at this time, so I went in. The lighting inside the restaurant was dim, just like other Gyukaku restaurants. There was only one customer at the time, and then families and couples came in. Gyukaku is a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) chain, but when I looked at the menu, I discovered that they offer half-size portions. There's no denying that Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is best when eaten by a few people, but if they offer half-size portions, it's easier to go alone. After that, the waiter recommended the all-you-can-drink option, so I went for it. (lol) I hope I don't regret recommending the all-you-can-drink option to me. (lol) It was an all-you-can-drink option that included beer for 70 minutes. To order, you enter the menu number on the tablet screen and send it. You can check before sending to make sure you entered the correct number. I pressed 8015 for a refill of draft beer so many times that I memorized it. After ordering Gyukaku kimchi, I ordered a variety of items from the half-size menu and tried them all. Pork tongue salt, pork ribs, skirt steak sauce, beef ribs, and king skirt steak with garlic. The king skirt steak is only one piece for a half-size. This is a dish where you heat up chives, garlic, sauce, and oil on a tray, and then eat it with the grilled skirt steak, but rice is a must. Finally, I added some beef innards spicy miso to add more spiciness. This is also served on a tray, and it's really delicious when heated to the right degree. In the end, my pace was controlled, but I was able to drink about 10 cups and was satisfied.
