当たりだったり外れだったりは当然あるのですが、当たり前ですが出来れば当たりの確立が上がれば良いですね。
先ずは飲み物の注文、
①スパークリングワイン グラス 850円 ｘ 2杯
②白ワイン シャブリ シャルドネ グラス 1,200円 ｘ 2杯
③赤ワイン Cotes Du Rhone ボトル 5,500円
お料理は、食べログネット予約から、１０月の本日のコース 5，800円をお願いしました。
コース内容
①アミューズ：ピンチョスの様に串に刺された黒オリーブ、キャラメリーゼされたミニトマト、スライスオレンジをドライフルーツ
②アミューズ：キャベツのムース
サーモンとホタテ燒きの薫りが佳い
③前菜：鴨の燻製、鶏ハム、蔓紫とキノコのゼリー寄せ、マッシュポテト、柿の細切り、キャロットラペ
④魚料理：ブイヤベース
カミさんと同じ物をお願いしました。
赤海老？、白身魚、アサリ
⑤メイン：宮崎牛イチボ肉のロースト +900円を、
カミさんはお願いしましたが、少しオイリーだとの感想でした。
私は、オマール海老のロースト ＋500円 を、お願いしました。
カダイフ衣燒きなのですが、衣には少し足り無いのですが、ローストの火入れが抜群でプリプリです♪
⑥デザート：モンブラン、ヘベスのシャーベット
⑦食後のお飲み物：コーヒー
シェフはミクニ出身で確かな腕と引き出しの多さが、素晴らしいと思いました。
又、事前予約時にお願いすれば、「セップ茸」や「ジロール茸」等のキノコ料理、そして「ジビエ」等も提供して頂けるそうですので再訪は間違い無いです♪
