地元に愛される正統派フレンチ
存在は知っていたが「どうせベタベタな田舎フレンチだろう（大変失礼）」と思って後回しになっていたお店。
せたペイ祭り10月7日いったん終了の情報を得て急遽予約して訪問。
日曜日の夜。満席だ。
ギャルソンが慇懃だ。一流レストランのそれにも負けないほど。
ワインはMAX2万円程度とリーズナブル。試しに7千円の赤を。
乾杯用の泡はシャンパンではなく「スパークリング」一択。
おそらく「リーズナブルに美味しいフレンチを」というお店なのだろう。
夜のコースは5,600円。
ブイヤベースを試しに選択。とびきり美味いとは言わないが、えぐみ、臭みがない。
その他どれを食べても納得のお味。
そのフルコースで5,600円は破格としか言いようがない。
普段使いのフレンチとしては最高のバランスだ。
2名で20,000円を少し切るお会計。
連れが下戸でカクテル一杯だったが、自分がグラススパークリングと赤ボトルを空けた値段。
奥沢エリアには小さいがキラリと光るオーナーシェフのレストランが多い。
徒歩圏にまた定期巡回店舗を見つけてしまった。幸せ。

平日、予約して訪問。
いわゆるフルコース。
前菜からメイン2品、デザートまで。
その手間とコストを考えると5800円は破格。
どれを食べても平均点以上のお味。
フレンチの技がしっかりきいている。
贅沢に慣れたお客様からも
「美味しかった」
と言っていただけるクオリティー。
お客様の持ち込んだ泡の後、1.5万円クラスの赤2本。
で15000円/人に届かず。
相変わらずしっとりしたサービス。
良い時間を過ごせました。
