店内にはF1レーシング用のウェアやヘルメット、アイルトンセナの写真も飾られています。内観はスポーツバーのようなお店。
IMOLAとはアイルトンセナが旅立ったF1サーキットのある場所だそうです。
コンクリート打ちっぱなしの壁の無機質さによって料理や窯が強調されている気がしました(・∀・)ｲｲﾈ!!
ランチのピッツァメニューからマルゲリータを頂きました(1360円)。
・マルゲリータ
生地の塩味はかなり控えめで軽い印象。でもモッツァレラの塩味は強く、モッツァレラにミルキーな旨味や華やかさがあってモッツァレラが軸になっている。トマトソースは適度な酸味や適度な果実感。
コルニチョーネからは塩味があまり感じず物足りなさ、でもよく噛み締めると焦げのほろ苦さ。
百名店と思って訪問すると生地の美味しさは普通で（￣ﾍ￣）ｳｰﾝ。もちろん、モッツァレラ等と組み合わせて食べると美味しいのですが。
接客はお冷が空になる前に注いでくれたりと、満席の状態なのに頭が下がりました。
