代表的な肉肉ピザはおいしかったです。
よくある生ハムピザ(生ハムxルッコラxチーズ) の生ハムが牛肉になっていて、主人は好きでした。(肉好き)
ワタシはピザの1スライスはおいしく感じましたが、全体的に濃いめなチーズだったからか、冷めていたからか、２枚目は１枚目ほどの感動がうすれてしまいました。
冷静コーンスープはとてもおいしかったです。

奥沢駅近所のローカルピザ屋さんとはいえ、サービスが乏しくて、2回目はないかもしれません。
・冷静コーンスープが早い段階でくると思いきや、ピザの直前に。
・隣テーブルのオーダーを2度も間違える。
・本日のワインの品種を聞いても(看板に記載なし)バイトも店長らしき人もわからない。
・ワインメニューに品種記載のあるボトルを決めてもなかなか持ってこない。
・ピザが初めから冷めている
レストランで食べるので、お料理のおいしさはサーブされるタイミングも大事だと思うため、半減してしまった印象です。さほど混んでたわけでもなく、スタッフも小さいお店にホール３名いたので、なにが問題なのでしょうか？そこまで気にされなければおいしいお店なのかもしれません。本来百名店なのですよね…コロナで変わってしまったのでしょうか。改善されると良いですね。
