店の前を何度か通りかかって気になっていたお店。
隠れた名店なのでは？と思い、ランチに行ってみました。
ランチセットA （1,200円＋税）は、お野菜たっぷりサラダ・ピッツァorパスタ・お好きなドリンクのセットで気軽にランチできるので、これをたのんでいる人がほとんど。
パスタも気になりましたが、ピッツェリアなのでここはやっぱりピッツァでしょう。
しらすが大好物なので、「ビアンケッティ」（生クリーム＋モッツァレラ＋しらす＋グラナパダーノ）を注文。
まずは、「お野菜たっぷりサラダ」。
これは普段私が家で作っていて「メガサラダ」と呼んで毎日食べているサラダに比べたら小さいものの、
ランチの付け合わせのサラダにしてはたっぷりの量。
内容は水菜、サニーレタス、カイワレ大根、トマト、キュウリ、コーンなどで色どりもきれい。
さっぱりしたドレッシングとも合ってました。
サラダを食べ終わったタイミングでちょうどよくピッツァが到着。
なんでか知らないけど、私のピッツァはチーズが半焼け生焼けで、とろけていない。
他の人のを見るといい感じでとろけていてとても美味しそう。
生地は焦げも程よくついた状態だったので、火から出すタイミングは早くはなかったはずなのですが、
しらすも生っぽかったので、もう少し火が入っている方がバランスが取れていると思います。
ピッツァ生地自体はとてもおいしく、ややニンニクの香りもするソースも
トッピングされたバジルとトマトと相まって美味しかったです。
しらすの量もたっぷりでけちくさくない。
なので、半焼けだったことがただただ残念です。
やはりしらすのピザはうちの近所にある不動前のピッツァチェックが断トツにおいしい。
食後のコーヒーにはミルクがトランス脂肪酸の入りのスジャータみたいのだったので、
これは使わずブラックで飲みました。
きびきびしたサービスは気持ちよく、このようなカジュアルなスタイルは人気があると思います。
換気や消毒にも気を配っていました。
コロナウイルスがなければ、もっと賑わっていた店であることはうかがえました。
ただ、小さいお店で地下にあるので、隣の席と近いのが気になりました。
感染拡大が止まらない中でもあるので、カウンターで食べた方が安心できると思いました。
