2021年11月オープンのスタイリッシュな焼き鳥屋。
東急大岡山駅から徒歩5分くらいの商店街の中の新しいビル1階です、このビル入居の飲食店全体が新進気鋭な感じですね！
カウンター7席のコンパクトな店内、シェフワンオペで、青森のシャモロック、岩手のほろほろ鳥を焼き鳥でいただけます。
この日はおまかせ10本にしました、1本ずつ丁寧に焼き上げられた串はどれも個性があって美味しいーー!!! 部位や食感、塩・たれで緩急がつけられてるので飽きません。
器も素敵で楽しかった。
めのぐはこの日ノンアルでしたが日本酒の銘柄も良いのが揃ってて、サワーも豊富だったのでお酒好きはさらに楽しいはず。
(ちなみに台湾烏龍茶も香り高くて美味しかった〜)
この日は入荷の関係でシャモロックだけでしたが、ほろほろ鳥は焼き鳥で食べたことないので絶対食べたい！
