Tabelog points are 3.07 (March 2024). Although it is rated at Convenience stores level, it is a restaurant that serves delicious Sanuki udon. ★Definition of authentic Sanuki udon★ There is a definition for calling it Sanuki udon (see image 1️⃣). Apparently there are regulations regarding water content, salt content, aging time, manufacturing method, and boiling time. Furthermore, in order to claim that udon is authentic, udon must be made in Kagawa Prefecture. Of course, this store also orders from Kagawa Prefecture. Personally, I don't care about the detailed regulations as long as it's delicious, but it's already decided... The photo shows bukkake for 670 yen and large serving for 130 yen. Three sacred udon noodles: green onion, grated radish, and tenkasu. I'm glad there's plenty of each. It is soaked in a light seasoning soup. Stir it around and eat it all at once. The chewy udon noodles and crispy tempura sauce go perfectly together. Although the menu is simple, you can directly enjoy the original flavors. Completed the meal in no time. At night, it becomes Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) where you can eat udon noodles. There's a wide variety of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu items, so you'll be able to drink as much as you want.
