Good cost performance, high quality Chinese food
Plan to meet up with my companion in Jiyugaoka for lunch. Where should we eat on Sunday? When you pass in front of Karaka, you will see a sign for lunch. When I asked the clerk who happened to come out of the store, he said, ``They've been doing this since December of last year.'' That's great. Gather here. As expected, my companion had the weekly black vinegar sweet and sour pork (2,200 yen), and I had the tantan noodles (1,800 yen) and shumai (250 yen).First, we had 4 appetizers. Tuna, firefly squid, etc. I forget it's lunch and start craving alcohol. And dandan noodles with the aroma of Japanese pepper. Creamy sesame soup. Thin noodles with a good texture. The spiciness makes you sweat a little as you continue to eat. Everything is balanced at the highest level. Was there ever a more delicious Dandan noodles? I tasted the black vinegar sweet and sour pork with my companion. This black vinegar reminds me of the famous shop ``Momo no Ki''. Deep body with moderate acidity. Furthermore, Karahana is good at shumai. Contains chunks of pork. I wonder if it's stuffed with pork that has been cooked once. Dessert is Mala Khao. With this quality, just over 2,000 yen is a bad deal. An unusual but new lunch option from Saturday to Tuesday. Thank you. Thank you for the meal. About 5 minutes walk from Jiyugaoka. 素晴らしい懐石中華
在宅勤務でいろいろあってやさぐれた火曜日。
急に思い立って電話して訪問。
アラカルトもあるが何を食べるべきかわからない。
メニューを見てコース(6,600円）で様子見。
自分はワインのペアリング6杯、連れは低アル。
前菜はハモのフリットからはじまって。アワビ、イワシ、クラゲ、チャーシューなど説明しきれない品数。
山椒、五香粉、茴香が香るソースが鮮烈。
舌、鼻のみならず、暑さに膿んだ身体全体に刺激。
シウマイと小籠包は肉肉しくジューシー。
こいつは他と一線を画す。黒酢もうまし。
春巻の中身はメヌケとズッキーニ、って普通じゃない。
クミン塩が素晴らしいフレーバー。
近江牛は証明書つき3歳牝を70g。
原価大丈夫ですか。
締めはちまき。塩気抑えめでよい。
スーパーお得コース。これ都心で食ったら万円級だよ。
ペアリングはフランス、紹興酒にオーストリア、ポルトガルなどを混ぜて。個性的な酒を楽しく飲ませてくれる。
ごちそうさま。
奥沢ローテ店が増えて困っちゃうな。
ここはいい。コースがおすすめ。
中華街に行ってもこんな店ない。
都心のオシャレ中華より断然安い。
奥沢自由が丘エリアでわざわざ電車に乗って食べに来てもいい数少ない店の一つだと思います。

土曜日、ランチに行こうと思って検索したら「本日夜空きあり」
なら夜行くわ。ということで予約して訪問。
18時に行ってみれば満席。
食事中に2－3組が訪れるも「予約で満席です」
いつからそんな店になったの？
もちろん唐花が良い店だから。時間とともに人気は出るよな。
そしてやはりコースで5,000円クラスは来やすいよね。
前菜から始まるコースにワインのペアリング（5,800円）。
よだれ鶏の四川ソースが美味すぎる。饅頭をリクエストして掬って食べる。
メインは酢豚を選択。まあこれは間違いない。
チャーハン、焼きそばは追加せず、アンダー10,000円/人。
連れが呑兵衛じゃないからね。この値段で収まりました。
奥沢では新参者の唐花。
早くも流行っているのはバリューが高いから。
