2023年5月に自由通りに出来たこちらのお店、ちょっと高級な中華として気になっていたのですが、ようやくランチで伺うことが出来ました。
2023年 師走、ランチは現在土日月火で実施されています。
伺ったタイミングでのランチメニューは、
A. ユーリンチーセット 2,200円
B. 麻婆豆腐セット 2,200円
の2種類。
また＋250円で焼売を付けることもできます。
「麻婆豆腐」は定番のようで、もう一つは変わっていくようです。
「ユーリンチー」も大好きなのですが、初回ということで「麻婆豆腐」をお願いしました。
ごはんは「ライス」→「中華がゆ」に変更しています。
ランチで2,200円は安くはないものの、前菜、スープ、中華がゆ、デザートなどが付いて、しかもとても美味しかったのでむしろお手頃なように感じました。
まずは豪華な前菜から。
「鯛の胡麻ダレ」「ローストダック」「干し豚」「イカ」の4種類が並んだのですが彩もきれいなだけでなく、それぞれ素材とソースの組み合わせがとても良いです。
どれも美味しくて、期待もぐっと膨らみました。
メインの「麻婆豆腐」は「中華がゆ」「スープ」と一緒に供されます。
「スープ」には白菜が入っているのですが、あっさりとしながらも味わい深く、熱々で出てくるのも良いところです。
「中華がゆ」は変更して良かったと思える一皿であり、思った以上に濃厚であり、これだけでも楽しめるような味わいでした。
メインの「麻婆豆腐」は山椒がしっかりときいて、シンプルに旨いモノ。
じわっと汗をかく程度には辛くて旨い、旨くて辛いという「麻婆豆腐」でした。
同じく奥沢「荒木」の麻婆豆腐もとても美味しいですが、こちらのもかなりレベルが高いと思います。
すっかり満足してデザートを。
定番の杏仁豆腐だろうと思っていたら、熱々の「胡麻団子」が登場。
ハフハフ食べるのが幸せな「胡麻団子」でした。
オープンから半年経ってからの訪問でしたが、もっと早く行けば良かったと思える内容。
これなら夜も間違いがないことでしょう。
