中延駅改札を左に曲がって目の前にあるデビット伊東さんのラーメン店「でびっと」にお邪魔してきました。マツモトキヨシや忠弥のお隣といえば分りやすいでしょうか。渋谷の「でび」から最初に独立したお店で数店舗ある中の本店になります。
オーダーは珍しく口頭注文、丸見えのオープンな厨房に好感が持てますね。
この日は季節限定の「味噌ラーメン（980円）」に「辛子高菜トッピング（120円）」+「ランチセット餃子（5個350円）」をチョイスしてみましたよ。どろりと濃厚な豚骨味噌につるもちな太麺が絡んで美味しい1杯。ただしここまで高菜感が消えるスープもめずらしいですね。若干のミスチョイス。
