スープがぬるくてびっくり

久しぶりの再訪でした。実に10年ぶりくらい。
塩が食べたかったので塩に煮玉子トッピングしました。

5分程度で出てきました。
スープをひと口、え？というほどのぬるさ。
麺が熱いのかなーと思い、麺と絡ませて食べましたが
こちらもぬるい。

なんて言うか、絶妙なぬるさで、寒かったので温かいラーメンが食べたかったけど、とにかくぬるい。

チャーシューはしっかり目だけど、少し豚くさいし、柔らかくもないので食べ切るのが大変だった。

玉子はいい具合の半熟でしたが至って普通。
やっぱり王道の醤油豚骨か、期間限定の味噌にすれば良かったなーと。

それにしても、ヤケドしないという配慮なのか分からないけど、ぬるいスープはやめて欲しかったです。
