For today's lunch, I came to Debitto, which is a 2-second walk from Nakanobu Station on the Oimachi Line. I arrived at exactly 12 o'clock, but there were about 5 people in line. The flow was good and I was able to enter the restaurant in about 3 minutes. This time I ordered the Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen Takana Rice Set for 1,300 yen and a seasoned egg for 150 yen. The noodles were thin, and the Tonkotsu soup was not heavy, but surprisingly light and delicious! The pork slices were thick, and it came with bean sprouts, wood ear mushrooms, green onions, and a seasoned egg. The wood ear mushrooms had a crunchy texture and the seasoned egg was soft and creamy, making it the perfect bowl of ramen. The mustard takana rice was topped with plenty of takana and seaweed. The spiciness was irresistible. The restaurant was lively and the staff were working hard. Thank you for the meal.
