On my way home from an evening seminar at work, I was tired and dropped in at Nakanobu station where I was transferring. It was after 9:40pm and the counter was full. I ordered their signature tonkotsu soy sauce Ramen for ¥950 and a seasoned egg for ¥150, totalling ¥1,100. It was brought to me in about five minutes. The garlic was strong, making it truly tonkotsu. You could taste the garlic and the spiciness, but it was mild. The straight thin noodles had a smooth texture and were delicious. The seasoned egg had a creamy yolk. There wasn't much noodles, so I might go back next time even if I ordered a refill for ¥150. It was a tonkotsu-style Ramen, it hadn't been in a while, and it was delicious!
