■モンブラン ¥450
美味しいけれどちょっと安っぽさがあったかなあ。
外の栗ペーストは結構固くてしっかりめ。
中にホイップクリームとカスタードクリーム、
中心に小さい栗の甘露煮がほんの少し。
ホイップとカスタードがほとんどだったので
栗を味わいたいわたしには物足りなかった。
モンブランは大体下はタルト生地な気がするけど
こちらは珍しいパイ生地でサクサク。
軽めにモンブラン食べたい人はちょうど良さそう。
ずっと気になっていたケーキ屋さん。
ぷりんロールとシュークリームとサバラン、
ナポレオンも気になったなあ。
コスパはまあまあな気がする。
町のケーキ屋さんだね、また機会があれば♩
