天ざるをいただきました。
昔、戸隠に行ったときに食べたお蕎麦を思い出しました。
蕎麦粉の味がしっかり味わえて甘味もほどよく、硬すぎず柔らか過ぎず、のどごしと噛んだときの食感もちょうどいいお蕎麦でした。
ただ天ぷらが冷めていたのが残念でした。天ざるが出てくるまで30分ほど待ちましたが、天ぷらを先に揚げてしばらく置かれていたんでしょうか。お蕎麦以外の料理は比較的早くに提供されているようでした。天ぷらとお蕎麦をわけて出していただいてもいいので、できれば揚げたてを食べたかったです。是非ご検討ください。
