日曜日のお昼。
戸越銀座のこちら「蕎麦切り 翁」さんへ。
11:30オープンなのでそれ目指して行ったら既に満席で、30分待ちとのこと。
のんびり待っていたら、12時前には入店できました。
私はミニかつ丼セットで、蕎麦は田舎（太い！）
妻は天もり（細切りだけどそれでも太め）。
つゆは辛めの江戸風で、太めの蕎麦によく合う感じで、かつ丼も美味しゅうございました。
妻の天ぷらには塩とゆず風味のてんつゆ。
色んな気配りがされていて素晴らしい。
蕎麦が力強くて好きですねー。
平日のランチはお得なセットもあるようです。
