本日の１件目の居酒屋さんが満足出来なかったので、こそぼ降る夜道を１５分歩いて當店に電話予約して初訪問です。
飲み物は、
①生ビール キリンラガー 680円
②芋焼酎 霧島 水割り 660円
③蕎麦焼酎 粋蕎 ロック 760円
①ハモ天 880円
身が厚くフワフワに揚がっていて非常に美味しいとカミさんは満足していました。
②そばがき 1,100円
２軒目あので、量が多く持て余しましたが、大変美味しく煉られていて、とてもレベルが高い逸品です。
③小もり 650円
茨城県産 常陸秋蕎麦
見た目は十割の様だが、東京二八蕎麦との事です。
蕎麦の太さ、長さがバラバラですね。
食味は甘みが感じられ、悪くはありません。
ですが、蕎麦がボソッと短く、繋ぎが悪いのは頂けません。
