休日の口開けに家族で訪問。口開けで満席となったので予約して正解だった。蕎麦前にエビスの瓶を。食べ手が多いことを口実に肴を4品お願いし堪能した。そして、まずはもりを一枚。見た目からして挽きぐるみだろうか。二八とは思えない程に蕎麦の味が濃く風味が強い。小麦感をマスクしながら確りとグルテン形成が施され尺は長く太い。かなり歯応えを感じる食感だ。この小麦の配合を活かしたストロングスタイルはかなり惹きがある。ただ、甘いつゆと山葵が普通過ぎて、大衆町蕎麦の域は出ない。中割りは粋蕎の蕎麦湯割りと日本酒のスパークリングを頂いた。どちらも知った味だったため、楽しい時間を過ごせた。〆にはかけを。こちらはカエシの甘さが全面に出ていた。蕎麦はもりと同じ麺で頂いたが、縦や横の食感に小麦の良さが出ていて美味しかった。箸洗いには天狗舞を燗で。円やかな味わいに身体を温めた。地元では評判の町蕎麦だが期待を裏切らなかった。今度はお得とのランチに伺おう。ご馳走さま。
