散歩の途中で偶然入った店です。
私「グルメ番長S」が、つきだしの烏賊の塩辛が
とても美味しかったので、作り方を聞いたら、
生きのいい烏賊をおろして、
自宅で一旦陰干して旨味を出した後に作るようです。
ワサビの味が良かった。西伊豆の生産者に寿司を食べにきてもらい、
「きみずし」合ったのを送ってもらっているそうです。
酢飯が良かった。新米ではなく古米でいいものを選び、
自宅にシートを引き玄米を乾燥させているとの事。
地域の老舗ですが、店主もお客さんも
感じがよく、なじみさんの中に入れていただいています。
「いつでも向上心」が素敵です。
ご主人の総合力の結晶が「バラちらし寿司」ですよ
