5年ぶりぐらいに訪問できました。
15年ぐらい前、私が神戸に住んでいた時に芸能人が紹介していて行きたいと思っていました。
東京転勤で旗の台へ仕事があった時にお昼に訪問したのが最初でした。
1500円のランチでしたがお値打ち感が満載でした。
その後夜に行く機会があり訪問するようになりました。
江戸前のお寿司を戴けます。
しゃりにも気を使いネタにも気を使い。匠の職人技を感じます。
旬の刺身から芝海老を使った卵焼きはカステラ風でしっとりして美味しいです。
がりにもこだわりがあるように思いました。
筋もないいい生姜を小さな塊でシャキシャキと。いい感じです。
当日は、カツオを新玉をおろしたタレで頂き、バッチリでした。タコの柔らか煮もいい感じ。
シンコもトリ貝、雲丹も。鮑の柔らか煮も。
お酒と一緒にいい感じ。
冷酒は1種類ですが、美味しかったです。
大将はお酒を飲まないそうです。
今はお昼はしていません。夜のみです。
年齢と共に体力が続けられる様に3時間の凝縮した技を味わって満足な夕食でした。
またお邪魔します。ご馳走様でした。
