戸越銀座駅前の寿司割烹 三膳。（さんぜんと読む）
昔ながらの寿司屋さんです。
ハードル高いかと思ったら、そうでもない、
意外にも自動ドアなのです。
12時半頃でした、先客は4名程。
左側にカウンター、右側に広目のテーブル席×3卓、
スタッフは男女3人。家族経営と思われる。
案内してくれるのは中年のお姉様です。
カウンター席の端に座ると直ぐにあがりが提供。
お箸、おしぼりは卓上に、
ランチはちらし、握り、天ぷら、刺身、お弁当等、
お願いしたのは土曜限定サービスランチ、
ジャスト税込み1000円です。
内容は海鮮づけ丼、いかときすの天ぷら、茶碗蒸し、味噌汁。
物の5分で登場です。
海鮮づけ漬け丼のネタは鮪、鯛、サーモン、玉子焼き、
ネタの厚みも漬け具合もグッド。
酢めしは味も量も普通でした。
天ぷらはいかときすの他にピーマン、なす、南瓜と盛りだくさん。
茶碗蒸しは出来立て熱々、出汁が効いています。
具は海老、三つ葉、魚の切り身？です。
味噌汁は豆腐とワカメでした。
ランチでこの内容なら大満足。
土曜のランチは超おすすめです。
