以前から店の前を通りかかると「ランチ500円定食」を
大々的にアピールしているのを見て気になり訪問。
「鶏の唐揚げ定食」500円＋「御飯大盛サービス」と
自家製だと聞き「豆たくそば（ざるそば）」500円を注文。
最初に出てきたのは蕎麦の方。
そばは冷水で〆てひんやり冷たくシャキシャキ！
香りこそ弱いものの硬質でコシがあり、長さもほどよく良いじゃないですか。
カエシは甘み、辛みともいい塩梅でキレまである。
しかも500円なのに驚いたことに山葵も本物と手抜きなし。
頼まないと持ってきてくれないけど、そば湯も丁寧に粉を溶いてつくってくれて
白濁しており、残りのカエシに加えると味が膨らみ美味かったです。
あげたての唐揚げは個性的というか、
酸味の利いた中華風な味付けでニンニクもそこはかとなく香る。
衣は片栗でべチャべチャ、油でギトギトしているものの、意外と油っぽくなく食べやすい。
こはんのキープコンディションは良い方でツヤツヤ。
大盛無料でケチらずたっぷり盛ってくれてこれはお得です。
味噌汁はとって付けたような寂しいワカメのみですが、
これで500円ならしっかり個性も打ち出してるし頑張ってると思うなあ。
