鶏そば完成形。
本日は、戸越銀座駅の東海酒家さんにおじゃましました。
ちょっと遅い午後の1時半頃、昼飯での利用です。
店内は面白い作りで、中二階に有ります。
カウンター席は無く、大小テーブル席のみ。
大陸系のお姉さんに、4人掛のテーブル席に案内されます。
ランチメニューから、鶏そばと半炒飯のセットにした。
15分位待ったのちに、セットメニューがプレートにのって登場。
鶏そばは丁寧に取った透明なスープに、中華麺。
蒸し鶏が5､6枚とチンゲン菜、ネギとシンプル。
この鶏そばは実に旨い。スープと蒸し鶏が良い出来です。スープは全部飲めます。
あと半炒飯は半ではない普通盛の炒飯。
抜群の味付けと、炒め具合が良いです。
完食です。
お腹一杯になりました。
久しぶりに、中華で満足出来ました。
戸越銀座は飯屋のレベルは高いですね。

戸越銀座の東海酒家がリニューアル。
東海菜館として生まれ変わった。
看板、装飾品等は一部変更に、
メニューはそれほど大きな変更はない模様。
お昼の13時頃伺いました。
早速、店内へ
以前と同じ中二階の店舗。
下の半地下が厨房に成っている。
店内はテーブル席のみの横に長い造り。
個室も完備されてた。
出迎えてくれたのは中国人女性。
適当に空いてる席に座ると、ジャスミン茶が出てきた。
ランチメニューより1番のスブタ定食をお願いした。
提供も早く、5分弱で出てきた。
スブタ、ライス、スープ、酢の物、杏仁豆腐と中華の定食スタイルです。
メインのスブタは酸味も有るがかなり甘口。ちょつと微妙な味付け。
野菜は少なく、ほぼ豚の唐揚げです。
ライスは少な目で提供。お代わりは可能。
スープはとろみのついた卵スープ。何故か冷めている。
スープもお代わり出来るとの事。
本日のスブタ定食780円税込み。
まあ値段相応でしたね。
