以前、五目蕎麦を頂いた事のある戸越銀座の東海飯店さんが、東海菜店になった。
前回は五目蕎麦を食べたけど美味しかったから、今回の冷やし中華に期待❗
経営が変わったのかな？以前いらした感じの良いスタッフの男性が居なくなり、若い女性のスタッフさん達だった。
男性スタッフさんの時は、黙っていてもお茶がなくなると入れに来てくれたが、今回はなし…
何となく空気まで変わるかな。(苦笑)
さて、今夏も暑いから、冷やし中華が無性に食べたくなる。家では、おそうめんかお蕎麦。(笑)
冷やし中華のお味は、美味しかった。
キュウリ、トマト、玉子、チャーシュー、蒸し鶏、具材がたっぷり❗❤
欲を言うと薄みの胡麻ダレだから、もう少しタレを増やすか、味を濃い目にしで良いかな。
