大井町にある鰻串焼きが名物の鰻屋さん。蒲田の藍の家亭の支店だそうです。前回は満席で予約出来ませんでしたが土曜日の夕方のこの日は偶々なのか空いていました。
梅サワーで乾杯(おかわりも)。お通しは小さなうざく。鰻串焼きではレバーが無いとの事で他を全部×２注文。特に気に入ったひれは２本おかわり。他には鰻骨唐揚げ、鰻白焼き(特上)、銀杏、焼き鳥(正肉・砂肝・皮)。〆に鰻丼×２を。甘さ控え目なキリッとした江戸前のタレ。炭火で焼いた串ものは香ばしくてとても美味しかったです。個人的には鰻白焼きの焼き加減がもう少し香ばしくよく焼きでも良かったかも。山葵、蜆汁が少々残念でした。鰻串焼きがとてもおいしかったのでまた寄らせてもらいます。
