先日、近くの老舗洋食屋「キッチンペギー」に訪れた際に見付けたお店。
早速アタックしてみることに。
1階が店舗、2階が住居の一軒家のピサロに入店すると、
特にイタリア、イタリアした飾り気はなく、
昔ながらの喫茶店に来たような感じでまったり落ち着く店内。
「アンチョビとトマト」のピザ1500円を注文。
手作りで注文毎に焼き上げているらしく、15分ほど待ってピザが到着。
やや厚めの生地で外はカリカリと焦げが香ばしく、中はもっちり。
たっぷりのカロリー高そうなとろ～りチーズに、トマトの輪切りとトマトソースの甘味と酸味、
アンチョビ独特の匂いと塩気が絡んでなかなか美味しいピザ。
サイズ的にはひとりではちょっと持て余すほどの大きさで、
後半飽きてくるがタバスコはバンバンかけて味を変えてその場を凌いだ。
真正面からまっ向勝負に来た真面目なピザで長く付き合えそうな店とは思うんだけど、
値段が少々高いかなあ。
