出張時に訪問。
最初は本店に行きましたが予約で一杯とのことで、近くの別店舗に来ました。
やきとり（ねぎま）、皮、つくねを注文。
ねぎまは塩っ気が丁度いい塩梅で、肉も柔らかくネギも甘みがありとても美味しかったです。
皮もパリパリ感ともちっとした柔らかさの両方楽しめて良かったです。
つくねはあまり食べたことのないタイプで、表面はカリッとしていて味付けはかなり素朴で、鶏本来のおいしさが感じられる一品でした。
