A Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant on Nakanobu Skip Road. It was early and empty so we had an early dinner. We started with draft beer and makgeolli, and Wagyu beef yukhoe. We crumbled the egg yolk and mixed it in. Raw meat is the best after all. We started with tetchan. It was crunchy and super fresh. Wagyu skirt steak can be marinated in sauce and grilled, or just grilled as is. It's incredibly tender and flavorful, and the quality of the meat is excellent. For some reason, we finished with the premium kalbi, which had beautiful and plentiful marbling. As expected, the charcoal grill tends to get hot. The fat is sweet and the meat is grilled crispy and absolutely delicious. We'll come back for more meat.
