寒いので夕食は近所で。行ったことのない店で麻婆豆腐を食べるつもりでこちらのお店へ。
メニューの四川鍋、四川麺も気になりますが、計画通りに麻婆丼。激辛ではないと言われて注文。
割と早く出てきました。豆腐は絹ごしです。柔らかい。挽肉は明らかに少ないです。
確かに辛さは控えめ。ただ、辣油の味が主体で、肉や山椒の味がしません。
一緒に出てきたスープは醤油の濃い味でした。
体は暖かくなったけど、これではちょっと。
