荏原中延駅からサンモールえばらを左折する「西」中延の住宅街にある昭和な食堂。どなたか失念失礼のログで朝５時から飲めると知り、BMし、朝４時自宅にて訪問を仮決めしましたが、二度寝し、さらに「西中延」を「中延」と勘違いし「中延」を徘徊した15分のロスタイムで、実は最初に10ｍ先まで来ていたお店に９時半に到着。先客一組飲酒会食客で、ビール２種類からキリン550円、朝鮮漬（キムチ）200円、かつ煮500円をお願いします。中瓶とキンピラが来まして、グビリ。２分で朝鮮漬けが来まして、発酵臭が香ると、包丁音が始まり、マインと期待します。キムチというよりは朝鮮漬けの辛さが好きです。9時50分揚音が絶好調になり、今や高級品の卵溶音も始まり、オーダーから13分のかつ煮は、昭和なボリュームで、かつの食感と甘辛濃味は酒が欲しい昭和親父はお酒300円を冷で追加します。なみなみグラス冷で口直しをしながら満足して、後客常連カウンター間仕切の隣席を機に、明朗会計現金払で滞在時間30分で先客に先んじました。
