美味いチャーシュー
家の近くにある井田商店。
タイミングが合えば行こうと思って数年。
やっと行けました。
GW中だからか今日はあまり並んでいませんでした。
先に2名待っていましたが10分ほどで入店できました。
特製背脂醤油をオーダー。
スープを一口。背脂が程よく美味しい。
葱と玉葱がアクセントになってます。
麺は太麺でスープに合います。
チャーシューは柔らかくとても美味い！
次は特製塩か味噌を食べてみたい。
ごちそうさまでした。

検査のあとバリウムの味も残っていた
昼過ぎ
検査後楽しみにしていたこちらへ
昨日の昼過ぎから検査のため食事を
抜いていたこともありいつもは背脂系ですが
今日はあっさりめの特醤油ラーメンに
スープを一口
濃いめに見えるスープですがあっさりした中に
深い出汁の旨みが口いっぱいに広がります
麺も背脂のラーメンより細めですが
美味しいスープによく絡みます
とても美味しくいただきました
