開店時間に少し遅れて30分くらい並びました。
醤油らぁめんで有名なお店みたいですが、好きな背脂味噌を選択。太麺なので注文してから少し待ちました。
待っている間に店内を見ていると飽きませんね。山本五十六の男の修行という詩、寅さんの写真、矢沢永吉が若い頃にいたグループ キャロルのポスターなどが壁にありました。そう言えば店頭にはカスタムバイクが置いてあった。ご主人の世界観が伝わってきます。
背脂味噌らぁめんのスープは味噌がたっぷりで濃厚でした。極太の麺がたっぷり。そして具はチャーシュー、メンマ、タマネギなど。全体的に骨太の内容ですね。食べ進めていくと、日の丸を背にした店名が丼の端から現れました。
男気を感じるらぁめんでした。
