最近ご無沙汰していたこちらで
今日は背脂の方を選択
醤油と背脂の組み合わせが絶妙、背脂が甘いと改めて認識させられる１杯です
太麺に近い中太麺、ワシワシ食べられる食感はホンの少しだけ二郎を彷彿させますね
ここの玉ねぎは増量してもツンとこないので個人的に嬉しい
