荏原町の中華です。週末のランチタイムは ほぼ満席でした。中国語を話しているお客さんが相当数いました。この辺りにはコミュニティがあるようです。
中華丼の定食を食べてみました。見た目は濃い色でしたが、醤油味を抑えたあっさり風の味つけでした。量はあります。
玉子と野菜のスープはやはり薄い味つけでした。他には大根がメインの野菜サラダ、杏仁豆腐が付いてました。
香港風であるかは別にして、味は平均的だと思います。満腹にはなりました。
サービスは言葉使いも含めて少し粗っぽい感じがしました。ガチャガチャしてます。
