戸越銀座あたりもゴールデンウィークは閉まってるか空いててもどこも行列。
並びのない蕎都(きょうと)という蕎麦屋さんに入る。
メニューを見る以前から天ぷらは蕎麦を食べると決めていたのだが海老天と天ぷら盛り合わせしかない？
仕方なく三色(田舎、せいろ、変わり)1600円を注文する。飲み物は瓶ビール(エビス)
瓶ビールには揚げた蕎麦がついてきた。パスタの揚げたのと同様、手が止まらなくなる。
三色のそば、まず田舎から食べてみる。田舎そばというより普通の十割蕎麦って感じ。それほどワイルドさや香りは感じず。せいろも特徴や印象が薄い。変わり蕎麦は更科風の細い蕎麦に梅が練り込んであり蕎麦自体に塩分がある。
つゆは節の香りが少し前にでていて好みの味だった。
町蕎麦よりは使い勝手がよさそうでもなく、高級蕎麦や老舗のように唸る感じでもない、なんか中途半端な印象を、受けました。
