店内はカウンター、テーブル席
一人なのでカウンター席へ案内される
店員は皆中国の方なのかな？
客層はほとんどサラリーマン連れ

麺は細麺ストレート、少しゆで過ぎ？
スープは塩味だが薄い、いや薄すぎて味がしない
具は盛りだくさん
白菜、ニンジン、タケノコ、メンマ、イカ、エビ、西洋しいたけ・・・・
半チャーハンは、ご飯茶わんに盛られていてスプーン付き
ご飯茶わんか、珍しい
具は小さいチャーシューを感じられたが他は分かりづらい
味はあまりない
全体的に薄味、というか味が感じられない
自分の舌が濃い物に慣れてしまったせいか？
でもチャーハンは冷凍食品の方が美味しいような気もする
このお店は麺類よりも定食類の方が良いのか？
だが、チャーハンを食べた限り
あまり良い米を使っている気はしないが・・・・
私の口には合いませんでした
