東急池上線旗の台駅の東口から商店街を中原街道へ向かい、旧中原街道を右折して少し歩いた所にある中華料理店。厨房からは大きな声の中国語と激しく鍋を振る音が聞こえてくる。暫くして運ばれた広東麺は期待を裏切らない本物の一杯。豊富な具材を強い火力でさっと炒め醤油の香りと程良い甘みを加え絶妙なとろみを纏わせる。餡が熱々スープに溶け出すと旨味が増して芳醇な味わいが中太の縮れ麺に絡みつく。箸で麺を手繰って啜り込めば口の中一杯に溢れる幸せの味わい。昼はボリューム満点のランチが、夜は本場の味付けの街中華で一杯がリーズナブルに楽しめる店のようだ。
