荏原中延の裏路地に潜むシェフワンオペの隠れピッツェリア。
隠しているわけでは無いと思いますが(笑)あまりにもひっそりした場所にあるので見つけた時は宝探しで宝見つけた気分です。
以前テイクアウトをしたら寒い日で家に帰るまで冷めてしまったのに、「冷めても美味しいってどういうこと？」ってくらい美味しかったのでどうしても温かいピザが食べてみたくてランチに訪問しました。
ランチはサラダ付きで1000円という東京では驚きの価格です。
クリスピーな生地にバランスの良いソースや具材。とにかく生地が美味しい、はあーワイン飲みたくなっちゃうよ。
モチモチ系の生地のお店だと大体最後は耳残すけど、ここのピザはお腹いっぱいになるのに軽めの食感なので本当にペロリ系すごいスピードで全部食べちゃいます。今後定期的に通いたいと思ってます。
